Returns Policy
At OBSESSED BY STEPHANIE OGU, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns that meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Returns are only accepted via our Returns Portal, located on our homepage.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories or intimate apparel.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Return Costs

The cost of returning your item is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach us.
Refunds

Refunds cover the cost of the returned item(s) only and exclude original shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Late Returns
We are unable to accept returns beyond 14 days of delivery. Any items received after this period may be returned to you.
