Order Cancellation Policy
At OBSESSED BY STEPHANIE OGU, we prepare orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, cancellations can only be accepted within a short time frame.
Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return the item(s) after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email info@shopobso.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Our team will confirm whether your cancellation request has been approved.
Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Important Notes

Orders cannot be amended (e.g., change of size, colour, or shipping address) once placed. If you wish to make changes, the order must be cancelled (within the 5-hour window) and a new order submitted.
