Return Policy

Here at Obsessed by Stephanie Ogu we understand that some fits isn’t always what we had hoped so we’re happy to accept refunds on non-sale items.  

All items must be unused, unworn and fitted with the original tags and packaging with no markings or any type of damage to the item. items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds cannot be enforced. 

All returns must be shipped within 14 working days of being received, please use a tracking number on all returns/ exchanges. We can only refund for goods we receive that fit our terms and conditions. you will be notified of your returns once we receive your item (s) detail to our returns point are provided on your returns form and is not displayed on our website for security purposes. 

Any item returned in an unpleasant or used condition we be rejected and could be subject to being redirection.

returns may take around 4-5 working days to process, plus the delivery time from your area. 

please note that when being issued a refund for a returned item. the refund only covers the full cost paid for the item/s excluding  cost of shipment.

refunds are credited to the original form of method - please allow your bank 7-14 days to any funds to reflect on your account.
