What is your Delivery Service?
UK DELIVERY
UK BASED CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM , UPS ,PARCELFORCE, DPD OR DHL AND ROYAL MAIL TO RECEIVE ORDERS.
STANDARD SHIPPING IS WITHIN AN ESTIMATE OF 2-4 DAYS
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON A TRACKED AND SIGNED BASES.
ANY ORDER PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND FOR A NEXT DAY DELIVERY WILL BE PROCEED AT THE FIRST WORKING DAY AND SHIPPED ON THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.

ALL OUR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES ARE HANDLED BY UPS, DHL AND FEDEX, ROYAL MAIL AND OTHER SPECIFIC HANDLERS FOR YOUR REGION
RELIABILITY IS KEY, WHICH IS WHY WE USE A SIGNED-FOR DELIVERY SERVICE.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW WILL BE PRESENT EITHER AT A HOME OR WORK ADDRESS TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY. IF NO-ONE IS IN WE’LL MAKE SURE WE LEAVE A CARD SO THAT A RE-DELIVERY CAN BE ARRANGED, OR YOU CAN COLLECT FROM THE DEPO.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES APPLIED BY YOUR REGION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
PLEASE DON’T REFUSE A DELIVERY. UNFORTUNATELY, REFUSED DELIVERIES WILL INCUR A COST OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PLUS THE RETURN COST. ANY REFUND MADE WILL BE MINUS THE TOTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN COST IN THE CASE OF REFUSED DELIVERIES.
WE TRY OUR BEST TO GET DELIVERIES OUT TO YOU ON TIME, BUT SOMETIMES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES CAN TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
